Outrage Of The Week from the NRA

From the NRA email news letter

Friday, March 06, 2009

Here we go again. In what seems to be becoming "Standard Operating Procedure" for our country's educational system, this week's outrage comes from Central Connecticut State University. In yet another case of "zero-tolerance, zero-common sense," a professor reported one of her students to the police after he gave a class presentation on why law-abiding students and teachers who possess valid concealed carry permits should be allowed to carry concealed firearms on campus. continued.....

Following the presentation, Professor Paula Anderson reported Wahlberg to the police. That night, police contacted Wahlberg and asked him to come to the station. There, they read a list of firearms allegedly registered to Wahlberg, and required that he detail the whereabouts of each.

I would have never in a BILLION YEARS went to the PD.

Do you have a warrant??

I am under arrest???

THAN I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY.

I would also sue the the living hell out of that school for allowing a teacher to threaten a student like that.

I cant stand a snitch........

Re: Outrage Of The Week from the NRA

We've become insanely litigious, and we've lost the idea of personal responsibility. People snitch because they're afraid they'll be held liable if something happens and they didn't snitch or because they're afraid that if someone else snitches before them, they'll get in trouble for not snitching. The sad truth is, if something DID happen or someone else complained, the teacher probably would have the finger of blame pointed at her. Plus, she's probably one of those people who thinks guns are inherently dangerous and are mayhem just waiting to happen. Lots of people think that gunowners are unstable (because...um...they own guns).

And it's going to get worse...

Re: Outrage Of The Week from the NRA

If the teacher listened to the students presentation from start to finish and still snicthed THEY ARE A FOOL OF THE FIRST ORDER.

I was in the Barber shop the other day and was yipping about the encomomy in general and how dismal things are and will continue to be for immediate future ..everybody nodded in agreement. To Which I continued:and that is why people are buying guns in record numbers because they want to be able to defend themselves.

BLINK. BLINK. BLINK............. DEAD SILENCE.

Well what they need to do is RAISE THE PRICE ON AMMO AND STUFF SO THAT WILL STOP THE CRIME.

My turn: Blink,Blink,Blink........ Silence. I remained quite for the rest of my stay as it was apparent I was in a den of sheep.

I agree....... WE ARE IN BIG TROUBLE.

I grew up about 10 miles away from CCSC (didn't go there).

It's basically an overgrown community college, but they like to think they're a high-faluting institution like Haaaavard or something.:thumb.aspx:

Not in this case. That "professor" acted solely out of malice.

You know what Hope .......Your right.

I thought it was stupidity but pondering this more I can FEEL the malice pouring out of that teacher after those students did a oral presenation based on COMMON SENSE AND COLD HARD FACTS.

The teacher was in no position to challange them.So all he could do was snitch to the Jackboots Like a good @$$ slave.

When the hammer falls I hope he is remebered for his treachery against Patriots.

These leftists like her are a dime a dozen...in the bargain bin at CPUSA HQ. I've known plenty of them. She probably just about orgasmed when she realized she could nail the young man, you know, just another "White skin privilege, heterosexual homophobic gun-crazed right-winger in need of being put 'in his place'."

This incident is YET AGAIN more illustration of why almost all instances of "going to college" is for FOOLS. To pay thousands of dollars, and not only be miseducated, but persecuted for practicing one's civil rights?

Yes, TA, patriots may remember the "professor" - may God have mercy on her.

The student got an unpleasant evening with the police, but now everybody knows he is a patriot and capable of defending himself, with lethal force if necessary.

The professor, unfortunately, is now exposed to all criminals who know her as a person dependent upon the police for protection, if any.

I don't feel that sorry for the student. He can handle it. And kudos to him for using this situation to bring more publicity to the issue.

Poor professor, she really put herself in a bad spot. I hope nothing bad happens to her but you rolls your dice and you takes your chances.

What I'd like to know is how the police could possibly known what guns this guy owned!!! I looked up the gun laws in CT, and there is no registration required, so how could they know what he had? If I understand it correctly, when a background check for buying a handgun, it isn't reported that you are buying a specific gun, but just a gun in general.

Anyway, here are the CT laws: http://crime.about.com/od/gunlawsbys...gunlaws_ct.htm

They can't "legally" do anything to you. But police officers seem to be increasingly replacing their role of enforcing the law with writing the law....with themselves always above it.

Exactly! Ever heard of "Disorderly Conduct"? It basically means 'something that's not illegal, but the cop wishes it was', so he writes it in his ticket book as if the ticket were a blank check and gives it to you to pay your fine as if you had broken the law. DC is what you get charged with if you try to excercise your RTKBA through open-carry. It's constitutionally protected, but the cops don't like it, so you get charged with DC.

Sad but true........

That is why it so important to SHUT YOUR DAM PIEHOLE around these vermin.

Just last nite I saw a Badge boys wheel in some garbarge off the street..... when the nurse was asking him some questions The P.O. was just outside his feild of view (BUT HE HAD IS MAGIC PEN AND PAD AND WAS STEADY SCRIBBILING)

It was at point the Nurse asked why he was here and he halfway said (BECAUSE I DID A BAD THING) Cop grinned when he jotted that down..... I went on my way shaking my head in total disgust. I did not know the nature arrest But saw all that was important: They guy just hung himself by the nads.

Botom line: If you find yourself in similar straights.......SAY NOTHING AS TO NATURE OF YOUR VISIT OUTSIDE OF WHICH TREAMENTS YOU WILL ACEPTT OR DECLINE.

The wall have ears and they will use medical staff as a proxy.

So did they arrest this stupid bitch for falsely reporting a crime? She violated the student's rights. Free speech will not be tolerated in America. Your first amendment inumerated right shall not be used to discuss your 2nd amendment inumerated right.
